Other company, product and engine names mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used only to state technical facts.

Privacy — this website

This site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and does not profile visitors. Our host keeps standard server request logs, which include IP addresses, for a short period for security and abuse handling; we do not use them for anything else. Web fonts are loaded from a third-party font service, which will see your IP address as part of that request.

If you email us, we keep that correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your query, and job applications for twelve months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Privacy — our games

Ironclad Siege and Anvilborn collect an account identifier from the platform you bought them on, plus gameplay and technical telemetry: match results, performance and crash data, and hardware and operating system information. We use this to run matchmaking and ranked play, to diagnose crashes and performance problems, and to detect cheating. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.

Ironclad Siege's anti-cheat is provided by a third party and runs only while the game is running: its driver loads when the game launches and unloads when the game exits.

Cheat-detection processing may result in a ban. Bans can be appealed by writing to support@moltenanvil.com, and a person reviews every appeal.

You can ask us for a copy of the data associated with your account, or ask us to delete it, at support@moltenanvil.com. Deleting your data ends your access to online play, since we cannot match you without it.

Terms of use for this site

You may read, link to and quote this site. You may not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people, present its content as your own, or use it to train a system that reproduces our marks or copy as if they were yours.

The site is provided as it is. We keep the information here accurate as best we can, but release dates, system requirements, job listings and headcounts change, and nothing on this page is a contract or a warranty. External links are provided for reference and we are not responsible for what is on the other end of them.

Polish law applies, and the courts of Kraków have jurisdiction over any dispute about this site.
