Logos and screenshots supplied in our press kit may be used in editorial coverage without further permission. Any other use of our marks — merchandise, sponsorship, anything implying we endorse a product — needs written permission first. Other names mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners.

Fan work is welcome. Make videos, streams, art and mods of our games, monetise them if you like, and do not claim you speak for the studio.

Privacy summary

This website collects nothing. There are no analytics, no advertising or tracking scripts, and no cookies set by us. Webfonts are loaded from a third-party font service, which will see your IP address as part of serving them; nothing else about your visit is recorded here.

Our games collect two kinds of data. Account data — the identifier from your game store, plus anything you choose to give us such as an email address for support — and telemetry, meaning gameplay and crash data used to fix bugs and balance matches. Pocket Kite Club is single-player, requires no account, and sends nothing unless you opt in to crash reporting. Skybreak Royale is an online game and requires an account to play.

Anti-cheat. Skybreak Royale uses a third-party anti-cheat service. It includes a kernel-mode component that starts when the game starts and stops when the game closes; it is not active on your machine at any other time, and we do not receive personal data from it beyond what is needed to enforce the game's rules and to answer an appeal. Our provider's own terms and privacy notice apply to that component and are linked from the game's store page.

We keep account data for as long as your account exists and telemetry for up to eighteen months. We do not sell personal data. If you are in the EU or UK, you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to support@paperlightgames.com; we will answer within thirty days.

This site is provided as-is, for information. We try to keep it accurate — release dates, system requirements and open roles in particular — but we do not warrant that it is complete or current, and information here does not form part of any contract. Job listings and unreleased content described here may change or be withdrawn at any time.

Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content. Please do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at damaging volume, or gain unauthorised access to this site. Portuguese law applies, and the courts of Lisbon have jurisdiction.

Your rights as a consumer in respect of the games themselves come from the store you bought them through and from applicable consumer law; nothing on this page limits them.
